The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

 

Dress for Success of Greater Orlando is an entirely volunteer-run 501(c)(3) organization with aggressive growth goals: 1) to achieve financial stability to protect our ability to operate and serve the Greater Orlando community and 2) to secure needed resources to provide career development programming through the Professional Women's Group (PWG).

 

Dress for Success of Greater Orlando was created to fill a critical need for interview appropriate clothing for low­ income women entering the workforce. We help solve the dilemma: Without a job, how can I afford a suit? Without a suit, how can I get the job? Since we first opened our doors in May 2001, we've served 800- 1,000 women per year in Central Florida.

 

Our boutique is designed to help women shop for their clothing in an atmosphere of support and encouragement, helping to build their self-esteem.
