A limited number of conventioneers can join the Frequent Flyer Club (at a cost of $30 per membership). Your Frequent Flyer Club membership perks will include separate “check-in” at convention registration, 5 complimentary raffle tickets, early admission to the Competition Room, Raffle Room and a specially-created collector lanyard available ONLY to Frequent Flyer Club members.

This form must be postmarked no sooner than October 10, 2011, for international conventioneers, and October 15, 2011, for U.S. conventioneers. Frequent Flyer applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. All forms must be sent in a standard envelope with standard postage. No overnight, priority, signature required, postage due, FedEx, UPS or other type mail will be accepted and those sent via these methods will not be acknowledged or returned.
