There is nothing more delightful than reaching into your official convention tote bag at registration and seeing what surprises are waiting inside...you just never know!

Why not assist in providing that look of glee by donating something to be placed inside the official convention tote bag!  1,000 conventioneers will be forever grateful for your generosity.

If you are a club, your goodie sends a special Barbie® welcome to all conventioneers.

If you are a business or service, your goodie reaches conventioneers at their first contact with the Convention and is a fantastic way to make that all important first impression!

Goodie Contribution Guidelines:

You must submit 1,000 pieces of the same item to be included in the official registration tote bag.

Please do not send any food items (gum, candy, cookies, etc.)

Any items containing Barbie® and/or Barbie™ on the Runway may not be submitted without prior written permission from Mattel and the Convention Chair.

Any items received in quantities of less than 1,000 will not be included in the official registration tote bag but will be placed on the flyer table in the registration area.

All items received by April 1, 2008 will be acknowledged in the Souvenir Book.

There is no charge to have items placed in the official registration tote bag from clubs or other non-commercial entities.

There is a $300 charge to have items placed in the official registration tote bag by commercial entities.  Checks should be made payable to the 2008 National Barbie Doll Collectors Convention.

Please include the Goodies Donation Form with your contribution.
