The Health and Safety Protocols include a list of requirements for attendance, as well as further information about how the various protocols will be implemented and what you will experience onsite. It is critical that you read this information to better understand:
Vaccination requirements for all Convention participants
Mask requirements during most Convention experiences
Health acknowledgement to be made at Registration Check-in
Various support and event adjustments that we plan to implement with our hotel partners
"No Penalty" cancellation period for those who would now prefer not to attend
Because guidelines and local laws are continually changing, please be advised that we may update these protocols at any time prior to Convention. We are equally committed to providing you with as much notice as possible of any necessary changes.
