The Rosemont Area

Our hotel is located in a revitalized community known as Rosemont. Within an easy walk from the property, you can find a variety of restaurants and shopping venues.

  • Parkway Bank Park is the definitive entertainment and dining district in Rosemont (0.6 miles from the hotel). You’ll find BBQ, Mexican, Brazilian, Irish, and American cuisine at the many restaurants there. You can also enjoy a movie at the AMC, shop at Harley-Davidson, or enjoy the Big Ten experience dedicated to college athletics. And of course, there’s indoor skydiving at iFLY.

  • Fashion Outlets of Chicago offers more than 100 outlet stores and several dining opportunities in an enclosed mall (0.7 miles from the hotel).

  • Some additional stores can be found a little more than three miles northwest of the hotel, including Target, a CVS pharmacy, and a collection of fast-casual restaurants.

Chicago

For those of us who know and love this fabulous town, it’s hard to pick just a few things to recommend. Lake Michigan and the Loop will draw you like a magnet, but if you have some time to explore, try not to overlook the diverse, engaging neighborhoods that run from the tips of the city to the center.

The easiest way to enjoy a trip downtown is often by letting someone else take you there. From the hotel, you’ll have a few options for making it happen.

  • Chicago Elevated Train: With a drop-off from the hotel shuttle, you can hop onto the El, the public train system that runs all across, above, and under Chicago. One-way fares are currently $3.00, and the trip into the heart of downtown typically takes 45 minutes.

  • Uber & Lyft will take you directly to wherever you wish to go. Average fares range from $35 to $50, depending on your destination.

  • Taxis are continually available, and average fares will range from $50 to $65, depending on your destination.

  • Of course, you can also drive yourself. The hotel is convenient to the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290), taking you directly downtown. (Once you’re there, a trip up and down DuSable Lake Shore Drive is always worth it in the summer.) Parking rates will vary widely; consider using the SpotHero app to find good deals.
