The Aragon Raffle Ballroom

This year’s Raffle Room is named after the famed Aragon Ballroom on Chicago’s North Side, which opened in 1926 and has since hosted nearly every famous musician of the last 10 decades. Our modern-day Aragon Raffle Ballroom will be full of Barbie® doll gems that have been generously donated by fellow collectors, our Barbie® doll community artists, and others.

We encourage all Conventioneers to donate to the raffle room. Check out your treasure trove and see what items you may be ready to part with that could fill someone else with joy.

Think dolls, fashions, accessories, furniture, people-sized Barbie® doll-themed accessories, and items from past Conventions—really anything that a Barbie® doll collector might love. Items designed and created by members of the community are especially appreciated and are often some of the most popular items. Donations can come from many sources: think about your club, your table, a group of friends, your business, or your own vision for the perfect offering. Items should be new, or very minty vintage.


Raffle donations valued at $50 or more are entitled to a free business card-sized ad in the Official Convention Souvenir Book. If you are interested in this great opportunity, all donation forms, including the ad, must be received by April 16, 2022. Ad specs are in the Advertising Opportunities page on the site.
