Urban Loft Raffle Room

The hip, happening place to hang out at convention will be the Urban Loft Raffle Room. Our cool pad is made possible by the generosity of our righteous fellow collectors, our Barbie® Doll community artists, and others. All of you are invited to come together in perfect harmony to fill the raffle room with your fab items. Of course we love anything that is pink, Barbie® doll sized, or Barbie® doll related. But also feel free to "do your own thing". We love people sized goodies, home décor, and gift certificates. Anything and everything can be donated. This year let's create one "out of sight" raffle room experience. Donations from individuals, clubs, tablemates, and businesses (doll related or not) are most welcome. Please keep in mind smaller donations may be combined to create ultimate gift baskets.

Raffle donations valued of $50 or more will receive a complimentary business card size ad in our Souvenir Book. To receive this ad, all donation forms with the business card size ad must be received by April 29, 2016. Ad specifications can be found on the Souvenir Book Ad page of this registration packet. Please include your ad with your donation form by the deadline whether you plan to mail your donation or bring it to convention.

Urban Loft Raffle Room Advance Ticket Purchase

Back by popular demand! You will be able to pre-purchase pre-printed raffle tickets before convention. And with so much on your schedule, who wants to spend valuable convention time writing your name hundreds of times? Not only that, we are continuing the popular EXTRA BONUS tickets when you purchase your raffle tickets on or before April 1, 2016. In addition to having them pre-printed with your name, you will receive a BONUS of 15% Additional Free Raffle Tickets!! Do the math!  MORE CHANCES TO WIN, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!

If you miss that deadline, don’t worry; when you purchase your tickets on or before May 27, 2016, your name will be still be preprinted; quite a time saver when you get to the Raffle Room.

Pre-purchased raffle tickets can be picked up during the Raffle Room drop off times or any time that the Raffle Room is open. Photo ID will be required for pick-up. If you miss out on advance purchasing, raffle tickets will be available for sale while the room is open. Urban Loft advance ticket purchases must be postmarked by April 1, 2016 in order to receive the bonus of up to 15% or more tickets. All ticket purchases must be postmarked by May 27, 2016, in order for your tickets to be pre-printed with your name.
