Monte Carlo Raffle Room / Making Donations and Ordering Tickets
For those of you feeling lucky, our Monte Carlo Raffle Room offers you the chance to win treasures for one little lucky ticket. Our goal is to create the most varied and interesting raffle room ever presented at a convention, which can only be done through the generosity of donors. We’d love to see your One-of-a-Kind creations put on display, and won by one of your fellow conventioneers. Or maybe you’ve upgraded your vintage collection, and can part with an old favorite. Just cleaning out your closet might yield a nice contribution.
We hope you will consider donating a raffle item. You can also be creative ... we not only love dolls, clothing, and accessories ... basically we also love anything that is Pink, anything that can be Barbie®
doll sized or Barbie®
doll related.
Donations from individuals, clubs, and businesses (doll related or not) are most welcome. Smaller donations may be combined to create gift baskets.
Raffle donations valued at $50 or more will receive a complimentary business card size ad in our souvenir book. To receive this ad, all donation forms must be received prior to
April 11, 2012. Please reference the souvenir book page for ad specifications, and include your ad with your donation.

Monte Carlo Raffle Room Advance Ticket Purchase
By popular demand, you will be able to pre-purchase your raffle tickets before the convention. With so much on your schedule, why spend valuable convention time writing your name hundreds of times? AND this year, we have an EXTRA BONUS for you! If you purchase your raffle tickets (in whatever quantity) on or before January 31, 2012, in addition to having them pre-printed with your name, you will receive a “BONUS” OF OVER 10% ADDITIONAL FREE RAFFLE TICKETS! (for example, instead of receiving 200 tickets for the $100 rate, you will receive 225 tickets!)

Pre-purchased Raffle tickets can be picked up during the Raffle Room drop off times or any time that the Raffle Room is open. Photo ID is required for pick-up of advance Raffle ticket purchases. If you miss out on advance purchasing, Raffle tickets will also be available for sale while the Raffle Room is open.
Monte Carlo Raffle Room advance ticket purchases must be postmarked by January 31, 2012, in order to receive the additional bonus tickets. Ticket purchases must be postmarked by May 31, 2012, in order for your tickets to be pre-printed with your name.
